In accordance with current legislation, Agencia de IA y Coding (hereinafter, the "Website") commits to adopting the technical and organizational measures required according to the level of security appropriate to the risks associated with the data collected.

Only basic identification data are processed. No special categories of personal data are collected within the meaning of Art. 9 of the GDPR.

Processing is based on the user's express consent, which may be withdrawn at any time without affecting use of the website.

Third-party services are used, such as Google (Gmail), Meta (Instagram and Facebook), and WhatsApp, with whom data processing agreements have been signed in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR.

Only data from individuals aged 14 or older will be processed. For minors, consent from parents or legal guardians is required.

Security and confidentiality

Technical and organisational measures are applied in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR. The website uses an SSL certificate to encrypt all data transmissions.
